hemp vine and lyreleaf sage

I don't think hemp vine is related to ordinary hemp.

These pictures are from the house I had in North Carolina. When I came out to Mississippi, my mom asked me to help identify something and it turned out to be more of this. So she saved me some seed.

I planted some of it today all around these stools.

Two dilapidated wood stools, one unpainted and another with peeling red paint, standing amid dead grass, various ground covers, and some segments of oak log.

I also planted some around these logs and at the base of this tree trunk. Sorry I didn't think to get a picture of the seeds before I planted them.

I also finally found my lyreleaf sage seeds I had ordered months ago and misplaced. This bare spot in the yard look like a good place for them. It was misting rain today so they got moist. And I covered the area in a mulch of grass clippings and sawdust.
